Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nibbi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Nibbi is operated by Iurii Shpynev ("Nibbi", "we", "us", or "our"), Efkleidou 9, 3031 Limassol, Cyprus. You can contact us at support@nibbi.app.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account or submit content. If you are under the age at which you can lawfully consent to data processing where you live, use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may browse the guest feed without an account; some features, including submitting dishes and synchronising preferences across devices, require an account.

Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through it. If you sign in through Apple or Google, their terms also apply to that sign-in service.

What Nibbi provides

Nibbi helps you discover dishes and places to eat. It is currently a free service: we do not sell food, take restaurant orders, process restaurant payments, or charge a subscription through the Service. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Dish and restaurant information

Nibbi may show information submitted by users or obtained from third-party sources, including restaurant details, locations, cuisines, and links to maps. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. A map or restaurant listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, or guarantee by Nibbi. Please confirm details directly with the restaurant or food provider before making a decision.

Food safety and allergies

Nibbi is a discovery service, not a restaurant, food producer, delivery service, or food-safety authority. We do not verify ingredients, allergens, nutrition, preparation conditions, hygiene, availability, or dietary claims. Do not rely on Nibbi for medical, allergy, or dietary advice. If you have an allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, contact the food provider directly before consuming food.

User content and moderation

You may submit photos, dish names, descriptions, locations, and other content ("User Content") about restaurant dishes or homemade food. You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Nibbi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, publish, distribute, and display that User Content only to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where it has already been shared with other users, is retained in backups for a limited period, or must be kept for legal or safety reasons.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that its publication does not violate another person's rights. We may review, reject, remove, limit visibility of, or preserve User Content and accounts where we reasonably believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and the Service. You can report objectionable content or an account by contacting support@nibbi.app.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person, restaurant, or food provider, or post misleading dish information.
• Upload photos or information that disclose another person's personal data without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or use the Service to promote unlawful activity.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of Nibbi, scrape the Service, or bypass access controls, except where permitted by law.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including Nibbi's branding, design, software, and content created by us, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or use third-party services, including Apple, Google, and Google Maps. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Nibbi is not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about the Service's availability, accuracy, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use of the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by writing to privacy@nibbi.app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice in the Service or by email where appropriate. The date above shows when these Terms were last updated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts in Cyprus have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any mandatory protections or rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
